Upon purchasing, you will be asked to create an account. The username and password you select is what you will use in the future to access the vault. Please remember this. (We do not have access to your passwords. If you forget and the “forget password” option doesn’t work for you, you’ll have to create a new account with a new email address and password.)
Once you’ve “purchased” the Knowledge Vault, pay attention to the “Order Details” page that will show up after you purchase. It has a blue link to the Vault that you can select to immediately access.
in order to access the Vault in the future, you must be logged in (you can “log in” and “log out” of your account using the menu bar on our site.) After logging in, hover over “Resources” from our menu and you will see “Knowledge Vault” in the pull down menu.
